Happy Happy Holidays

My hubby and I were out walking the mall after a nice dinner date, and we came across this display in a bookstore. And there was my most recent book I illustrated, "Christmas Love." It's a sweet Christmas story about the true meaning of Christmas. It was fun to see it on display and not stuck on a shelf among the millions of other books. It's a great little gift for Christmas. You can order yours HERE.

  1. Hey Julie! That is awesome! I can't imagine creating/writing/illustrating something and actually have it be in book stores on a display. Congrats! I would like to order one, but don't have an account with Amazon. Do they carry them in most LDS bookstores? We have a little one about a half hour from us. Or could I order one directly from you, and pay for the shipping? Just let me know. We always like to buy a book (or a few) to give the kids on Christmas Eve, to read as a family, and I love ones that have a good message. Can't wait to read it! :)

  3. Actually, come to think of it, maybe I'd order a couple of your other books too, at the same time, since we've loved the other ones you've illustrated. Thanks! :)

  4. Hey Julie, I was going to try to email you, from your website, but just got sent to the Outlook email, and we don't have that set up on our computer. Could you just email me at schecketts@yahoo.com? I'd like to buy the book, "Christmas Love", and "There's Always a Way Annie McRae!". What are your other books about? Thanks! :)

  5. Julie,
It was great to have dinner with you and Rhett the other night. I have really enjoyed looking at all of your drawings on your blog and website. What a talent you have. Can I link you to my blog? :)
